US leaders will go 'down in history's garbage bin' - Iran
Iran's Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei criticized on Saturday former United States President Donald Trump and his administration, claiming that they will "go down in history's garbage bin" for the killing of Quds Force head Qassem Soleimani.
"Martyr Soleimani is an eternal reality that will live on forever. His assassins - including Trump & the like - will go down in history’s garbage bin, but of course after receiving retribution in this world for the crime they committed," he said in a tweet.
Soleimani was killed in a rocket attack that took place on January 3, 2020, along with Iraqi militia commander Abu Mahdi al-Muhandis.
