Deutsche Telekom Q1 revenue €28.02B, up 6.2% YoY
Deutsche Telekom AG announced on Friday that its net revenue for the first fiscal quarter of 2022 amounted to €28.02 billion, an increase of 6.2% year on year. The company's net profit was up from €3 billion to €3.9 for the fiscal year.
Meanwhile, adjusted EBITDA recorded a growth of 6.8% compared to the same period last year, recording €9.9 billion. Adjusted earnings per share improved by 80% year on year, recording €0.45 for the fiscal year.
The report revealed that the United States operating segment contributed to the positive revenue trend, while Germany's market increased by 0.9% compared to the last year's result, despite uncertainties in the markets caused by the Ukrainian crisis and COVID-19 pandemic.
