AstraZeneca, Samsung Biologics shut down joint venture - report
Samsung Biologics Co. has shut down its joint venture with pharmaceutical company AstraZeneca Plc, Yonhap News Agency reported citing a company official.
The two have decided to completely abandon their project on a business supplies and equipment company titled Archigen Biotech Ltd, which they established back in 2014. The move was made over a suspension in the development of a biosimilar product, according to the report.
