Russia sends cargo spacecraft to ISS

Russian Roscosmos State Space Corporation launched the uncrewed Progress MS-20 spacecraft that will resupply the International Space Station (ISS), Russian news organizations reported on Friday.

The liftoff, carried out with the help of a Soyuz-2.1a rocket, took place at the Baikonur Cosmodrome in southern Kazakhstan. The spacecraft is carrying fuel, water, compressed nitrogen, scientific and other equipment, in addition to a 3D printer and nanosatellites to the ISS, where it will dock at 4:02 pm Moscow time.

The planned duration of the mission is 196 days.
