Kherson readying vote on joining Russia - local official
The Kherson region authorities are preparing to hold a referendum on joining Russia, local official Kirill Stremousov revealed on Wednesday.
The deputy leader of the local military-civilian administration previously said that a potential vote could be held this year.
The region had started the transition to the Russian ruble from Ukrainian hryvnia in May.
