US higher premarket ahead of jobs data

Major stock indexes in the United States rose in the premarket trade on Thursday ahead of the latest initial jobless claims report and Challenger job cuts. According to the Federal Reserve meeting minutes published on Wednesday, a more restrictive monetary policy is to be expected if inflationary pressures persist.

The Dow Jones added 0.40% at 4:24 am ET, while the Nasdaq 100 grew by 0.48% and the S&P 500 increased by 0.33%.

The euro traded 0.24% higher compared to the dollar and sold for 1.02075 at 4:25 am ET.
