Adobe to acquire Figma in $20B deal - report
Adobe Inc. is set to buy software company Figma, the Wall Street Journal reported on Thursday. The acquisition agreement is allegedly worth around $20 billion and could be announced later on Thursday.
The report stated the amount would be paid for "roughly half in stock, half in cash." Adobe shares dropped 3.47% in the premarket following the report as the company prepares to release its third-quarter earnings report at market close.
