China to launch crewed space mission on Nov. 29

China Manned Space Agency (CMSA) revealed on Monday that it will launch the Shenzhou 15 mission to the Tiangong Space Station on Tuesday, November 29, at 11:08 pm local time.

The liftoff of the Shenzhou 15 spacecraft using a Long March 2F rocket will be conducted from the Jiuquan Satellite Launch Center in the Inner Mongolia region of China.

Crew members Fei Junlong, Deng Qingming and Zhang Lu will carry out the 180-day mission during which they will oversee the final stage of construction of the Chinese space station, according to the CMSA.
