Microsoft to raise prices of first-party Xbox games
Microsoft Corporation announced on Monday that it will raise prices for all games made by its subsidiaries to $69.99 on all platforms from 2023.
The "price reflects the content, scale, and technical complexity" of upcoming games such as Forza Motorsport, Redfall, and Starfield, according to a statement sent by Microsoft to United States media.
The games will be available with the Xbox Game Pass subscription service "the same day they launch," the tech company added.
