Inclusive Capital allegedly buys Salesforce stake
Investment management firm Inclusive Capital Partners LP has acquired a stake in Salesforce Inc., CNBC reported on Monday, citing unnamed sources. According to the report, Inclusive Capital Partners' motivation behind the investment is not yet known.
"Since 2020, the firm has identified and invested in companies that offer compelling value propositions and generate measurable positive impact on the environment and society," Inclusive Capital Partners said on its website about its previous investments.
Elliott Management Corp., another activist investor, has reportedly acquired a multibillion-dollar stake in Salesforce.
