Microsoft says investigating 365 services outage
Microsoft said on Wednesday that it is investigating outages across its 365 services, including Teams and Outlook, affecting thousands of users.
"We're investigating issues impacting multiple Microsoft 365 services," the company stated in a tweet and noted the issues could result in users being unable to access multiple Microsoft 365 services. "We've identified a potential networking issue and are reviewing telemetry to determine the next troubleshooting steps," it added. Other services impacted by the issues are Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business and Microsoft Graph.
The tech giant also noted that a "subset of users" are also experiencing issues with connectivity to its cloud product Azure.
