EU-Ukraine summit on February 2, 3, PM says
Ukrainian Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal (pictured) announced on Tuesday that his country and the European Commission will hold a summit that will take place on February 2 and 3 in Kiev.
Speaking at a government meeting, Shmyhal said the meeting will deal with the issues such as Ukraine's accession to the European Union, and the recovery of the country and its economy following Russia's military operation.
According to the European Commission's website, President Ursula von der Leyen and EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs Josep Borrell will attend the summit on Friday.
