Ukraine: Threat of strikes on civilian objects still high
General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine said in an update on Sunday that the threat of Russian strikes on civilian objects throughout the territory of Ukraine remains high. There were 61 rocket launcher attacks within the last day, including on the civilian infrastructure of Kherson.
Meanwhile, Ukraine carried out five strikes on areas of concentration of Russian personnel and military equipment, as well as two strikes on anti-aircraft missile systems. Ukraine also claimed that, as of February 3, "up to 600" Russian servicemen refused to fight and "were returned from the Luhansk region to the territory of the Russian Federation."
