Eurozone investor mood improves in February
Investor confidence across the euro area improved past market estimates in February, reaching minus 8.0 points, the Sentix survey said on Monday.
The reading expanded for a fourth consecutive month, arriving at its highest since March 2022. At the same time, the report revealed that the expectations index rose further to minus 6.0 points during January, the highest since February 2022.
Commenting on the data, Sentix said that the latest results indicate the Eurozone isn't likely to enter a recession for the time being. It is "off the table" for now, the report concluded.
