Tula governor convenes meeting after explosion rocks area
Alexei Dyumin, the governor of the Tula region of Russia, called for a meeting in response to an explosion that rocked the town of Kireyevsk earlier on Sunday.
According to a representative of the regional government who spoke to RIA Novosti, the officials will discuss the details of the incident in which at least three people were reportedly injured.
The drone strike is being blamed on Ukraine.
