Sergey Brin subpoenaed to testify on JPMorgan-Epstein ties

The founder of Google, Sergey Brin, will be subpoenaed in connection with the lawsuit against JPMorgan Chase filed by the US Virgin Islands about the sex trafficking scheme by Jeffrey Epstein, The Wall Street Journal reported Friday, citing people familiar with the topic.

Alongside Brin, in the same situation, are a former Disney executive Michael Ovitz and two other men. The citation is to uncover any communication and files related to Epstein and the bank.

JPMorgan is being sued by the US Virgin Islands in Manhattan federal court because the bank allegedly enabled Epstein's sex trafficking scheme by allowing him to remain a customer and helping him send money to his victims.
