Fetterman returns home after depression treatment
United States Senator John Fetterman (pictured) returned home after receiving hospital treatment for depression.
"I am extremely grateful to the incredible team at Walter Reed [National Military Medical Center]. The care they provided changed my life. I will have more to say about this soon, but for now I want everyone to know that depression is treatable, and treatment works... If you need help, please get help," the Pennsylvania Democrat pointed out in a statement. His office told US media that he will be back to work in the week starting on April 17.
Fetterman suffered a stroke last year before the election but won the Democratic Party one new seat in the Senate after beating Republican candidate Mehmet Oz.
