Verstappen takes pole for Australian GP
Red Bull's Max Verstappen will start the Australian Grand Prix on pole position after he set the quickest lap in Saturday's qualifying.
The Dutch driver finished ahead of Mercedes' George Russell and Lewis Hamilton, while Aston Martin's Fernando Alonso took fourth place.
The win is Verstapppen's first pole-ever in Melbourne and second so far in 2023.
