Russia: West pushing Kiev into catastrophic offensive
Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Galuzin said on Saturday that the West is "actively pushing Ukraine" to start its counteroffensive against Russia "in spite of all the risks of its catastrophic consequences for the country and its residents." He told Russian news agency Tass that Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky and his government are absolutely indifferent to their fate and that they firmly intend to continue the conflict with Russia until the last Ukrainian."
Galuzin accused the United States and the United Kingdom of wanting to "raise the stakes in the conflict, to drag it out as much as possible, to make it even more bloody." He claimed it was part of their plant to "inflict a strategic defeat on Russia."
