EIA: US natural gas storage grows by 57 Bcf
Working natural gas in storage in the United States, excluding Alaska and Hawaii, stood at 3,205 billion cubic feet (Bcf) as of September 8, according to the US Energy Information Administration's (EIA) report released on Thursday.
The total storage thus expanded by 57 Bcf compared to the previous week.
The current total storage is up by 16.1% from the same week a year ago and by 6.8% compared to the five-year average from 2018 to 2022.
