Russia: Oil export duty to be raised to $23.9 per ton
Russian Finance Ministry announced on Friday on its Telegram account that the export duty on oil will be raised to $23.9 per ton starting October 1.
Currently, the duty stands at $21.4 per ton, which means that it will increase by $2.5.
"The average price of Urals oil for the monitoring period from August 15 to September 14, 2023, was $77.03 per barrel, or $562.3 per ton," the ministry wrote.
