Asia mixed with rate decisions in focus
Asian stock markets displayed mixed results on Monday, as investors awaited several significant central bank rate decisions throughout the week, with the Federal Reserve being the main point of focus.
The Kospi Composite dropped 0.93% at 7:20 am CET, while the Hang Seng lost 1.15 %. The S&P/ASX 200 lost 0.61% at 7:19 am CET. A minute later, the Shanghai Composite fell 0.07%. On the other hand, the Shenzhen Composite added 0.22%. The Nikkei 225 was closed for a public holiday.
The dollar traded 0.12% lower against the yen at 7:32 am CET, going for 147.6670.
