Microsoft to launch its AI Copilot on Sept. 26
Microsoft Corporation revealed on Thursday that the new Windows 11 built-in artificial intelligence tool, Copilot, will go live on September 26, which will be "seamlessly available" across all of Microsoft's products.
The company's Consumer Chief Marketing Officer and Corporate Vice President Yusuf Mehdi underlined that Copilot represents "a handshake between you and technology. Available when you need it and out of the way when you don't," he said during the event in New York City. Meanwhile, Microsoft's 365 Copilot AI assistant will arrive on November 1 for premium enterprise customers.
"We believe it has the potential to help you be more knowledgeable, more productive, more creative, more connected to the people and things around you," CEO Satya Nadella said.
