Kremlin: Fuel export ban to last as long as needed
Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov underlined on Friday that the newly enforced ban on fuel exports from Russia will remain in place until domestic prices stabilize within the country.
"How long will they last? As long as it takes to ensure stability in the market," he stated.
Moscow decided to temporarily restrict the export of petrol and diesel to all countries except for four former Soviet states as part of its initiative to stabilize prices in Russia.
