No aid entered Gaza after war resumption

No trucks carrying aid, fuel or cooking gas have been able to enter the Gaza Strip since the conflict between Hamas and Israel resumed, CNN reported on Friday citing an eyewitness.

The witness mentioned that numerous trucks, which had already undergone inspection at the Nitzana crossing in Israel, were seen waiting at the gate on the Gaza side of the Rafah crossing. Furthermore, CNN added that during the humanitarian pause, approximately 200 trucks were granted entry into the enclave each day via the Egyptian Rafah border crossing. The crossing serves as the sole entry point for humanitarian aid destined for Gaza.

Previously, the Palestine Red Crescent Society (PRCS) reported that a total of 1,132 trucks have entered the enclave since the ceasefire began until November 30th.
