Novak: Oil market better now than two months ago
Russian Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak told Russia-24 TV channel that the crude market is in a better state now than it was in October when OPEC+ members decided to limit output by 2 million barrels per day.
"We emphasized today that the market is in a better state than two months ago," he said, talking about the organization's decision to maintain the agreed production cut. Novak said the agency "once more" emphasized the preventive decision "aimed primarily at stabilizing the market" was "absolutely correct."
