Raab denies Good Friday agreement 'in jeopardy'

British Foreign Secretary Dominic Raab reiterated on Thursday that the Good Friday Agreement is not "in jeopardy" despite recent Brexit-related turmoil.

"The Good Friday agreement is not in jeopardy. We've been crystal clear all along, we're committed to it," Raab told CNN during his visit to the United States.

Raab's visit to the US this week was marked by threats from Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden and House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, who both claimed that a US-UK trade deal hinges on preserving the 1998 peace agreement and avoiding a physical border between Ireland and Northern Ireland.
