Russia won't attack anyone, but has red lines - Kremlin

Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said on Tuesday that Russia has no plans to attack any other country, but stressed that it has its "concerns" and "red lines."

Moscow wants good and predictable relations with the United States, Peskov stated at a press conference ahead of the virtual meeting between Russian President Vladimir Putin and his US counterpart Joe Biden. However, the Kremlin press secretary also noted that no breakthroughs should be expected during the conversation between the two leaders.

Putin "will be ready to convey his concerns to his American colleague, to listen to the concerns of his American colleague and give him an appropriate explanation," the Russian spokesman pointed out.
