Second round of elections in Poland too close to call

Polish President Andrzej Duda (pictured) and Warsaw Mayor Rafal Trzaskowski ended the second round of presidential elections in Poland neck in neck, with the current president taking a small lead, however, within the 2% margin of error.

Duda, the leader of the Law and Justice (PiS) party, received 50.8% of the votes, while Civic Platform's (PO) Trzaskowski got 49.2% of support, according to an exit poll conducted by Ipsos.

Following the close results, Poland’s electoral commission revealed the partial vote counts will not be released and that the final announcement will be made once all the ballots are counted.
