Sputnik V needs annual revaccination - official

Russia's Deputy Minister of Health of Russia Oleg Gridnev stated on Friday that revaccinations for the Sputnik V vaccine should be done yearly or every two years.

Speaking to Tass, Gridnev said that revaccination with Sputnik is necessary for the vaccine to remain effective, as he gave the potential timeline for vaccination of one or two years. Additionally, Gridnev also stated that they have increased the production of the Sputnik V vaccine and that their distribution and supply is now at a greater level than it was previously.
