Tesla delivers first Cybertrucks, starting at $60,990

Tesla Inc.'s Chief Executive Officer Elon Musk delivered on Thursday the first Cybertrucks, long awaited by market participants. "We have a car here that experts said was impossible... Finally, the future will look like the future," Musk said during his presentation in Austin, Texas.

According to the company's website, the cheapest version of the truck, the Rear-Wheel Drive model, will cost $60,990 and be available by 2025. Meanwhile, the All-Wheel Drive will start shipping in 2024, costing more than $79,990. The Cyberbeast model will begin shipping in 2024 and will cost a minimum of $99,990.

The vehicle can tow more than 11,000 pounds and has a payload capacity of 2,500 pounds. Moreover, the Cybertruck can go 0 to 60 miles per hour and a quarter mile in less than 11 seconds.
