There are no disruptions in revaccination process - UK minister

United Kingdom Vaccines Minister Nadhim Zahawi stated on Tuesday that the delivery of the second dose of the coronavirus vaccine will go on according to plan, despite rumors that there might be disruptions in the supply chains due to the fact that the UK is no longer part of the single market.

"Last week we began informing the front line, private care networks, and others of the second-dose schedule. I can reassure [people] that if they've got Pfizer's first dose, they will get a Pfizer's second dose," Zahawi said during his speech in the parliament.

British Prime Minister Boris Johnson revealed the government's plan for relaxing the COVID containment measures the day before, while the country's Health Secretary Matt Hancock urged Britons to still abide by the rules in order to ensure the success of the 4-stage plan.
