Trump reportedly informed of criminal probe against him
United States federal prosecutors have informed former President Donald Trump through written communication that he is the subject of a criminal investigation, Politico reported on Wednesday, citing a person familiar with the matter.
As per the report, Trump is being investigated for concealing classified documents at his private estate and obstructing federal authorities from finding them. Still, the former leader earlier today took to Truth Social to negate that he has been formally charged, writing: "No one has told me I'm being indicted, and I shouldn't be because I've done NOTHING wrong."
