Trump: There is no longer nuclear threat from N.Korea

United States President Donald Trump took to Twitter on Wednesday to announce he has returned from his trip to Singapore where he met with North Korean Leader Kim Jong-un on Tuesday. The president expressed his excitement over the talks that went well and stressed that North Korea no longer presents a threat after committing to start a process of complete denuclearization.

Trump tweeted: "Just landed - a long trip, but everybody can now feel much safer than the day I took office. There is no longer a Nuclear Threat from North Korea. Meeting with Kim Jong Un was an interesting and very positive experience. North Korea has great potential for the future!" The president went on to add: "Before taking office people were assuming that we were going to War with North Korea. President Obama said that North Korea was our biggest and most dangerous problem. No longer - sleep well tonight!"

On Tuesday, Trump and Kim met at the historic summit in Singapore and signed a "comprehensive" document that confirmed Pyongyang's commitment towards denuclearization and Washington's security guarantees.
