Trump: US to become communist country if GOP loses

Former United States President Donald Trump underlined on Sunday, during a rally in Miami, Florida, that the US will turn into a communist country if the Republican Party does not secure a win in the midterm elections.

GOP is determined to "never let [the US] become a socialist [or a] communist country and if we don't start winning these elections, big and fairly," the Democrats will lead the country to this scenario, Trump stressed.

The ex-US president stated that the Democrats' aim is to turn the country into a "communist Cuba or socialist Venezuela," which the GOP will not allow.
