US aiding Kiev to prepare 'chemical provocations' - Russia

Russian Permanent Representative to the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW) Alexander Shulgin on Friday accused contractors affiliated with the United States of helping Ukraine to prepare "chemical provocations."

Ukraine and Russia started exchanging accusations about the use of forbidden chemical weaponry in the early days of the Ukraine crisis. Moscow voiced concerns that Kiev will stage "provocations" using chemical agents "one way or another," asking OPCW to circulate the information among all of its members in May.
