US lower premarket, all eyes on Fed minutes

Major United States stock indexes traded lower during the premarket on Wednesday as traders are putting focus on the Federal Reserve's minutes, which will be released sometime after the market open. Meanwhile, US President Joe Biden signed into law the Inflation Reduction Act of 2022, calling it "one of the most significant laws" in American history.

On the data front, the reports on the country's mortgage applications, alongside retail sales and business inventories are also to be revealed later during the day.

The Dow Jones declined 0.23% at 4:09 am ET. The Nasdaq 100 tumbled 0.44% at the same moment, while the S&P 500 fell 0.31% a minute later. The euro traded 0.13% lower against the dollar, selling for 1.01603 at 4:10 am ET.
