Wall Street set to open lower with Fed, Meta in focus
Major US stock markets traded lower on Wednesday premarket ahead of new financial reports as well as the key interest rate announcement from the US Federal Reserve.
By the end of the trading day, investors will be watching for the release of Meta's earnings report, a day after Snap posted worse-than-expected revenue and a net loss of $288 million.
At 4:33 am ET, the Dow Jones lost 0.41%, while the Nasdaq 100 fell 0.29%, and the S&P 500 declined 0.41%. The euro improved by 0.06% against the dollar at 4:28 am ET, selling for $1.08791.
