WH: N. Korea to pay price if it supplies Russia with arms
United States National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan stressed on Tuesday at a regular press briefing that if North Korea tries to supply Russia with weapons for use in Ukraine, such a move will "not reflect well" on Pyongyang.
"They will pay a price for this in the international community," Sullivan underlined, adding that Washington has also "imposed specific targeted sanctions to try to disrupt any effort to use North Korea as a conduit or as a source of weapons going to Russia."
The US official noted that Washington has continued to ask Pyongyang "privately as well as publically" to adhere to its promises that it will not provide the armaments to Moscow.
