The Fund invests at least 70% of its total assets (excluding cash and cash-equivalent assets) in shares of companies from anywhere in the world which may include emerging markets. The Fund will invest at least 50% of the Fund"s total assets in equities of companies that exhibit positive or improving environmental, social and governance (ESG) characteristics. The Fund is also permitted to invest to a lesser extent in fixed income securities and cash.
