Icade S.A. is a French real estate investment company and a subsidiary of the Caisse des Dépôts. Icade S.A. is a major player in Greater Paris and territorial development and a leading commercial real estate company in Europe. It holds a first class property portfolio focused on offices and business parks, healthcare institutions and shopping centres. As an integrated and original real estate operator, Icade combines investment and property development with a clear vision and overall control of the projects it launches. Icade was created in 1954, under the name of Société Centrale Immobilière de la Caisse des Dépôts (SCIC) and in 2003 SCIC became Icade S.A.
