The Fund seeks to deliver the performance of publicly traded China-based companies whose primary business is in the healthcare and healthcare-related sectors and whose securities are listed in Hong Kong, Shanghai, Shenzhen and outside of China (the "China Healthcare Companies"). The Fund is passively managed and will seek to achieve its objective by tracking the performance of the MSCI China All Shares Health Care 10/40 Index (the "Index") as closely as possible. Under normal circumstances, the Fund will invest at least 80% of its net assets in securities issued by China Healthcare Companies or in depositary receipts representing such components and securities of the Index. The Index is designed to measure the performance of the China Healthcare Companies, which may be mid-cap or large-cap companies. The Fund invests primarily in securities which are included in the Index. The Fund seeks to hold all the securities of the Index with the approximate weightings that they have in the Index.
