Drone attack causes 'minor' damage in Moscow
Moscow Mayor Sergey Sobyanin (pictured) announced that several buildings in the Russian capital city were targeted by drones on Tuesday, resulting in "minor" damage and no serious injuries.
"All emergency services of the city are at the scene of incidents ... So far, no one has been seriously hurt," said Sobyanin, calling on the public to rely on official sources for updates and avoid spreading unverified information.
According to a report published by RIA Novosti, one drone struck the upper floors of a residential building in the southwestern part of Moscow, while another targeted a 24-story apartment building in the same area. The residents of the two buildings were reportedly evacuated.
