Helbiz to incorporate ChatGPT by OpenAI
Helbiz, Inc. announced Monday that it decided to incorporate the ChatGPT technology developed by OpenAI into several company departments. The integration is set to boost the incorporation of artificial intelligence into the production line of the leading global provider of electric shared micro-mobility solutions.
According to the firm, the integration will "drastically improve" communication with users and the frontline operational staff. Besides, it is expected to "automate the majority of standard tickets with personalized and human-like handling, driving increases in customer satisfaction and operational efficiencies for an overall improved service."
"With ChatGPT as a deeply integrated AI tool, we are not only able to enhance the overall customer support experience but also empower our frontline workers to access information quickly and resolve tasks, monitor and report on issues, and reduce the number of tasks escalated to tech support," said Jonathan Hannestad, COO of Helbiz.
