J&J to delay rollout of its vaccine in Europe
Johnson & Johnson announced it intends to delay the rollout of its coronavirus vaccine in Europe after cases of rare blood clots were linked with receiving the shot.
The drugmaker noted it is aware of the health problems caused by the jab and added that vaccinations will be halted in all of the ongoing clinical trials.
The United States has already curbed the use of inoculation on recommendation by the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
