(OTCMKTS: SDEC) ("Smart Decision" or the "Company"), a next-generation consumer-based LED & CBD algorithm innovator, is excited to announce that the Company has begun advanced talks with multiple top-tier national quality testing labs in the cannabis and hemp-based products space.
