Kudlow: Trump would pay US companies to return

The Trump administration is willing to pay American companies to bring back their supply chains from China to the United States, White House economic adviser Larry Kudlow said on Tuesday.

"We welcome, any American companies in Hong Kong or China mainland, we will do what we can for full expensing and pay the cost of moving if they return their supply chains and their production to the United States," Kudlow told FOX Business’ Stuart Varney in an interview.

Earlier, Kudlow said that the US-China trade deal remains "intact" despite recent tensions over Beijing's handling of the coronavirus pandemic.
