Moscow can't capture Odessa due to anti-ship missiles - UK

According to the latest intelligence report released on Tuesday by the United Kingdom's Ministry of Defense, Russian forces have been struggling to seize Odessa as Ukraine's anti-ship capabilities keep obstructing the operation.

"Russia almost certainly perceives anti-ship missiles as a key threat which is limiting the effectiveness of their Black Sea Fleet. This has significantly undermined the overall invasion plan, as Russia cannot realistically attempt an amphibious assault to seize Odesa," the Ministry noted.

The report revealed that Moscow is likely to continue prioritizing "efforts to degrade and destroy Ukraine’s anti-ship capability."
