Graham must testify in court about '20 elections in GA

Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis ruled on Monday that United States Senator from South Carolina Lindsey Graham must appear and testify before the court as part of the probe that is vying to determine if former President Donald Trump and his allies violated any laws in their attempt to overturn the results of the 2020 elections in Peach State.

In the order sent to the politician, Judge Leigh Martin May wrote that Willis found "extraordinary circumstances and a special need for Senator Graham's testimony" about "alleged attempts to influence or disrupt" the elections in Georgia. According to the decision, Graham should testify before the jury on August 23.

Graham previously appealed to have the call for his appearance in court given up on, but Willis decided against that.
