Plenty time to process SCOTUS nomination - McConnell

Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (pictured) stated on Monday that the upper chamber of the United States Congress would vote on President Donald Trump's Supreme Court nominee.

The GOP leader asserted that the Senate has "more than sufficient time" to confirm a replacement for Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg before the election.

US President Donald Trump previously said the nominee, which he will announce by Wednesday, will likely be a woman.
